Built by an event host, for event hosts.
I built ClueRally after running events on another scavenger hunt platform and burning hours building hunts in a tool that wasn't built for hosts. Hundreds of uncategorized clues for attendees to scroll through. An app every guest had to download before they could play.
Great events should not fall apart because guests could not download another app or the platform buckled when it mattered. So I built one that runs in any browser, on any phone, with nothing to install and nobody left behind. Sections, clues, and challenges organized the way a host actually thinks. A 5-digit code or QR scan to join, no app store stop along the way.
ClueRally cut my build times in half.
I'm Paul Mihalick, founder of Yellow Moon Software. I've been coding since 1983 when I taught myself to code at age 11, took a long detour, and found my way back to building software. I also run FL Today Trippers, one of Central Florida's largest event groups with 6,300+ members and 600+ events.
That combination, builder and event organizer, is why ClueRally was built the way it was.
Yellow Moon Software builds tools that solve real problems for real people. ClueRally is one of them. Every product starts with a problem the founder lived through and a fix that respects the user's time, attention, and privacy.
ClueRally is designed with privacy in mind. Players join using simple codes, no email, no account, no personal data required. Hosts have full control over media privacy and visibility throughout the hunt.
