By accessing and using ClueRally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ClueRally is a web-based scavenger hunt application that allows hosts to create and manage scavenger hunt events. Players participate by joining hunts using access codes provided by hosts.
Hosts who purchase a hunt package receive an email receipt from our payment processor (Stripe) containing their access codes. No account creation is required. Players join hunts using temporary codes and do not need to provide any personal information.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
When participating in hunts, players may submit photos and videos as part of challenges. By submitting content, you grant ClueRally a temporary license to store and display this content for the duration of the hunt and for up to 90 days afterward, at which point it is automatically deleted.
You agree not to use ClueRally for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Hosts are responsible for the content they create and the behavior of participants in their hunts.
ClueRally and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yellow Moon Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ClueRally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their hunts are conducted safely and legally.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
